Anti-MAPK11 Thr180+Tyr182 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 680)
Supplier: Bioss
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation, and development. MAPK11 is most closely related to p38 MAP kinase, both of which can be activated by proinflammatory cytokines and environmental stress. This kinase is activated through its phosphorylation by MAP kinase kinases (MKKs), preferably by MKK6. Transcription factor ATF2/CREB2 has been shown to be a substrate of this kinase.

Anti-SAP155 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (FITC (Fluorescein Isothiocyanate))
Supplier: Bioss
SAP 155 is a 1,304 amino acid member of the SF3B1 family and contains eleven HEAT repeats. Localized to nuclear speckles and also to the cytoplasm during mitosis, SAP 155 is a subunit of the SF3B splicing factor. The SF3B splicing factor is a U2 snRNP-associated protein complex essential for spliceosome assembly. SF3B contains the spliceosomal proteins SAP 49, SAP 130, SAP 145 and SAP 155. Concomitant with splicing catalysis, SAP 155 is phosphorylated at its N-terminal Thr-Pro dipeptide motifs by Dyrk1A and cyclin E/Cdk2. This modification of SAP 155 is vital for a functional spliceosome as it is an essential event in the basic splicing reaction. Due to alternative splicing events, various SAP 155 isoforms are produced.

Anti-PAIP1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech
In initiation of translation in eukaryotes, binding of the small ribosomal subunit to mRNA requires recognition of the 5-prime cap structure by the cap-binding complex eIF4F. eIF4F consists of eIF4E, eIF4A, and eIF4G. Translation initiation is further regulated by the mRNA 3-prime poly(A) tail and the poly(A)-binding protein (PABC1). PAIP1 interacts with PABC1 and some eIF4 complexes . It is a coactivator in the regulation of translation initiation of poly(A)-containing mRNAs, and associates with EIF4A and PABPC1 may potentiate contacts between mRNA termini .

Anti-HNRNPU Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Proteintech
Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs), a major group of pre-mRNA-binding proteins, associate with nascent RNA polymerase II transcripts to form hnRNP complexes that participate in various steps of mRNA processing as well as the export, translation and stability of mRNAs. Protein hnRNPU, another hnRNPs family member, is able to stabilize specific mRNAs by binding to their 3′-untranslated regions (UTRs). Moreover, hnRNPU has a regulatory function during the initial phases of transcription activation by affecting the activity of RNA Pol II .

Anti-PABP Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Bioss
Binds the poly(A) tail of mRNA, including that of its own transcript. May be involved in cytoplasmic regulatory processes of mRNA metabolism such as pre-mRNA splicing. Its function in translational initiation regulation can either be enhanced by PAIP1 or repressed by PAIP2. Can probably bind to cytoplasmic RNA sequences other than poly(A) in vivo. Involved in translationally coupled mRNA turnover. Implicated with other RNA-binding proteins in the cytoplasmic deadenylation/translational and decay interplay of the FOS mRNA mediated by the major coding-region determinant of instability (mCRD) domain. Involved in regulation of nonsense-mediated decay (NMD) of mRNAs containing premature stop codons; for the recognition of premature termination codons (PTC) and initiation of NMD a competitive interaction between UPF1 and PABPC1 with the ribosome-bound release factors is proposed.

Anti-EDC4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Bioss
The major eukaryotic mRNA decay pathway occurs through deadenylation, decapping, and 5' to 3' degradation of the mRNA. Decapping is a critical control point in this decay pathway. Edc4 (enhancer of mRNA decapping 4), also known as human enhancer of decapping large subunit (HEDLS), RCD-8 or Ge-1, is a 1,401 amino acid protein belonging to the WD repeat EDC4 family that is involved in mRNA decapping during mRNA degradation. As part of the mRNA degradation process, Edc4 becomes part of a complex that also contains hDcp1a, hDcp2a, RCK and Edc3. Localizing to P-body and cytoplasm, Edc4 contains a nuclear localization sequence (NLS) which enables it to selectively enter the nucleus as well. Edc4 becomes phosphorylated upon DNA damage and exists as two alternatively spliced isoforms that are encoded by a gene that maps to human chromosome 16q22.1.
