Anti-RRP9 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
RRP9 contains 7 WD repeats and belongs to the WD repeat RRP9 family. It is a component of a nucleolar small nuclear ribonucleoprotein particle (snoRNP) thought to participate in the processing and modification of pre-ribosomal RNA.

Anti-ACIN1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Acinus Antibody: Chromatin condensation and nuclear fragmentation (CCNF) is the hallmark of apoptosis. CCNF is triggered by the activation of members of caspase family, caspase activated DNase (CAD/DFF40), and several novel proteins including AIF and CIDE. A new inducer of chromatin condensation was recently identified and designated Acinus (for apoptotic chromatin condensation inducer in the nucleus). Acinus is cleaved by caspase-3 and an additional unknown protease generating a small active peptide p17, which causes chromatin condensation in vitro when it is added to purified nuclei. Acinus also induces apoptotic chromatin condensation in cells. Acinus is ubiquitously expressed. Three different spliced forms of Acinus have been identified in human and mouse and designated AcinusL, AcinusS and AcinusS'.

Anti-TOM70 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
TOM70 Antibody: The translocase of outer mitochondrial membrane (TOM) complex is a multisubunit complex involved in the recognition, unfolding, and translocation of preproteins into the mitochondria. TOM70, an important member of the TOM complex, contains a tetratricopeptide repeat domain similar to those found in cytosolic chaperones such as Hsp90 and Hsc70 and provides a docking site for these proteins. This interaction is thought to be a critical first step in the TOM70-dependent mitochondrial import, followed by contact between the preprotein and TOM70. After targeting to TOM70, preproteins are translocated through the outer membrane via the TOM40 import pore complex. The precise mechanism of how preproteins progress from TOM70 to TOM40 to full translocation is still unclear. At least two isoforms of TOM70 are known to exist.

Human Recombinant CCL8 (from Cells)
Supplier: Prosci
Human Chemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 8 (CCL8) is produced by human MG63 osteosarcoma cells. CCL8 shares 62% and 58% amino acid sequence identity with MCP-1 and MCP-3, respectively. All three MCP proteins are monocyte chemoattractants. CCL8 is chemotactic for and activates many different immune cells, including mast cells, eosinophils and basophils, which are implicated in allergic response, and monocytes, T cells, and NK cells that are involved in the inflammatory response. CCL8 elicits its effects by binding to several different cell surface receptors including CCR1, CCR2B and CCR5.

Anti-IL12B Rat Monoclonal Antibody [clone: C17.8]
Supplier: Prosci
The C17.8 antibody specifically reacts with the p40 subunit of IL-12, as free monomer, as a homodimer, or as a part of the p70 dimer. C17.8 seems to neutralize the activity of mouse IL-12 and IL-23. IL-12 is the p70 heterodimer of p35 and p40, expressed by the macrophages, dendritic cells, and monocytes. The C17.8 antibody cross-reacts with IL-23, since IL-23 also contains one p40 subunit.

Anti-CASP9 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Prosci
Caspase-9 Antibody: Apoptosis is related to many diseases and induced by a family of cell death receptors and their ligands. Cell death signals are transduced by death domain containing adapter molecules and members of the caspase family of proteases. A novel member in the caspase family was recently identified and designated ICE-LAP6, Mch6, and Apaf-3. Caspase-9 and Apaf-1 bind to each other, which leads to caspase-9 activation. Caspase-9 is also activated by granzyme B and CPP32. Activated caspase-9 cleaves and activates caspase-3 that is one of the key proteases, being responsible for the proteolytic cleavage of many key proteins in apoptosis. Caspase-9 play a central role in cell death induced by a wide variety of apoptosis activators including TNF alpha , TRAIL, anti-CD-95, FADD, and TRADD. Caspase-9 is expressed in a variety of human tissues.
