The Multi-Gen is ideal for multiple sample processing, where cross-contamination could be a concern. The Multi-Generator pack allows users to homogenize 12 or 24 samples (depending upon which package is purchased) at a time, before users have to worry about cleaning the generator and the adapter. This allows for hands-free ejection of the used generator after each use. Multi-Gen generators are approximately 7x75mm, with the ideal tube size for use with the Multi-Gen system being a 1.5/2.0mL microtube or a 5mL tube.
