Anti-CCL4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 680)

Supplier: Bioss

MIP1 alpha and MIP1 beta were originally co-purified from medium conditioned by an LPS-stimulated murine macrophage cell line. Human MIP1 beta refers to the products of several independently cloned cDNAs, including Act2, PAT 744, hH400, G26, HIMAP, HC21, and MAD 5a. The predicted protein products of these cDNAs represent variants that are between 94% - 98% identical and these proteins are all approximately 75% homologous to murine MIP1 beta. MIP1 beta also shares approximately 70% amino acid identity with MIP1 alpha. MIP1 proteins are expressed primarily in T cells, B cells, and monocytes after antigen or mitogen stimulation. The MIP1 proteins have chemoattractant and adhesive effects on lymphocytes, with MIP1 alpha and MIP1 beta preferentially attracting CD8+ and CD4+ T cells, respectively. A signal transducing receptor designated the CC chemokine receptor 1 (CC CKR1) with seven transmembrane domains that binds MIP1 alpha, MIP1 beta, MCP1 and RANTES with varying affinities has been isolated.

Anti-IL32 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-IL32 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical

Interleukin-32 (IL-32) was initially identified as a transcript (NK4) that is selectively expressed in lymphocytes and NK cells and whose expression is increased following activation by IL-2. It was later re-isolated from an IL-18-treated lung carcinoma cell line and re-named IL-32. IL-32 is unusual in that it does not share sequence homology with known cytokine families and is highly expressed in immune tissues, existing in at least four differentially spliced isoforms. Because treatment of human monocytic and mouse macrophage cells with IL-32 induces several proinflammatory cytokines such as TNF-a, IL-8 and MIP-2, and because it is also induced in human peripheral lymphocyte cells after mitogen stimulation and in epithelial cells by IFN-gamma, it has been suggested that IL-32 may play a role in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.

Anti-STAT5A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-STAT5A Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical

Signal transducer and activator of transcription 5 (Stat5) belongs to a family of cytoplasmic transcription factors that can be activated (phosphorylated) by a cell surface receptor. Phosphorylation at Tyr694 is obligatory for Stat5 activation. Stat5 has two isoforms, Stat5a and Stat5b. Aberrant Stat5 activation has been implicated in the pathogenesis of chronic myelogenous leukemia, prostate and breast cancer and tumor metastasis. Stat5 is localized in the cytoplasm and upon phosphorylation at Y694 is translocated to the nucleus.

Anti-ST6GALNAC4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-ST6GALNAC4 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

ST6GALNAC4 is a type II membrane protein that catalyzes the transfer of sialic acid from CMP-sialic acid to galactose-containing substrates. ST6GALNAC4 prefers glycoproteins rather than glycolipids as substrates and shows restricted substrate specificity, utilizing only the trisaccharide sequence Neu5Ac-alpha-2,3-Gal-beta-1,3-GalNAc. In addition, it is involved in the synthesis of ganglioside GD1A from GM1B. ST6GALNAC4 is normally found in the Golgi apparatus but can be proteolytically processed to a soluble form. It is a member of glycosyltransferase family 29.The protein encoded by this gene is a type II membrane protein that catalyzes the transfer of sialic acid from CMP-sialic acid to galactose-containing substrates. Anti-GRIN2B Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical

The NMDA receptor (NMDAR) plays an essential role in memory, neuronal development and it has also been implicated in several disorders of the central nervous system including Alzheimer’s, epilepsy and ischemic neuronal cell death. Overexpression of the NR2B-subunit of the NMDA Receptor has been associated with increases in learning and memory while aged, memory impaired animals have deficiencies in NR2B expression. Phosphorylation of Ser1166 is thought to play an essential role in memory and neuronal development. NMDA pS1166 Recepor NR2B Subunit Antibody is ideal for researchers interested in neuroscience research.

Anti-GRINA Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)

Supplier: Bioss

Glutamate receptors mediate most excitatory neurotransmission in the brain and play an important role in neural plasticity, neural development and neurodegeneration. Ionotropic glutamate receptors are categorized into NMDA receptors and kainate/AMPA receptors, both of which contain glutamate-gated, cation-specific ion channels. Synaptic and extrasynaptic NMDA receptors have been shown to have opposite effects on neuronal survival, CREB function and gene regulation. As one of the four major proteins of the NMDA receptor ion channel, GRINA (Glutamate [NMDA] receptor-associated protein 1), also designated NMDA receptor glutamate-binding subunit or putative MAPK-activating protein PM02, is a 371 amino acid multi-pass transmembrane protein. Due to the chromosomal location of the gene encoding GRINA, studies have linked possible GRINA involvement with a form of idiopathic generalized epilepsy.

Anti-GRIN1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Anti-GRIN1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Supplier: Prosci

NMDA receptors are members of the ionotropic class of glutamate receptors, which also includes Kainate and AMPA receptors. NMDA receptors consist of NR1 subunits combined with one or more NR2 (A-D) or NR3 (A-B) subunits. The ligand-gated channel is permeable to cations including Ca2+, and at resting membrane potentials NMDA receptors are inactive due to a voltage-dependent blockade of the channel pore by Mg2+. NMDA receptor activation, which requires binding of glutamate and glycine, leads to an influx of Ca2+ into the postsynaptic region where it activates several signaling cascades, including pathways leading to the induction of long-term potentiation (LTP) and depression (LTD). NMDA receptors have a critical role in excitatory synaptic transmission and plasticity in the CNS. They govern a range of physiological conditions including neurological disorders caused by excitotoxic neuronal injury, psychiatric disorders and neuropathic pain syndromes.
