AAV-3 Helper Free Expression Complete Systems contain the following constructs needed to package your recombinant serotype-3 adeno-associated virus: an expression vector, pHelper plasmid, a serotype-specific Rep-Cap plasmid, and an optional GFP expression vector for making a control virus

AAV Helper Free Expression Complete Systems are available for native serotypes 1 through 6. The shRNA expression vectors contain a U6 promoter. All other expression vectors contain a CMV promoter which is optimal for general gene expression, with the exception of our promoterless vector which is useful if you wish to clone in a gene-specific promoter along with your gene of interest.
