Qualitative solubility kits are used to detect the presence of sickling hemoglobins in human blood or sickle cell control material
A ten-place test tube reading rack is also available.
The pipet-style tests produce results in just six minutes. The kits are conveniently packaged with two separate squeeze bottles of phosphate buffer with Saponin for easy dispensing, and to eliminate waste. The kits also ontain two buffer dispensing caps and two vials of sodium hydrosulfite reagent power. They have 45-day open-vial stability and one-year closed-vial stability.
