These convenient wipers provide portion control and reduced potential of spillage in and out of the cleanroom.
- Fibers are blended by a hydroentanglement procedure
- Uses water instead of chemicals to bind
- Excellent bidirectional strength and a very low extractable level
- Wipers are controlled for traceability
The blended material of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester provides the high absorbency of a natural fiber with the cleanliness and strength of a synthetic material. For non sterile wipers, the 70% semiconductor-grade isopropyl alcohol is filtered to 0.2 µm and diluted to 70% concentration with 18 megohm-cm deionized water. Nonsterile wipers are available in FlexPacks or recloseable bags. Sterile wipers are saturated with USP grade isopropyl alcohol and packaged in flexpacks. The flexpacks are then double-bagged to maintain sterility.
