The basic columns are unique reversed-phase column designed for analysis of pharmaceuticals and basic compounds.

The neutral silica support used is prepared by an advanced synthetic process which yields a chromatographic material with proprietary pore size and neutral silanols which minimizes interactions with both basic and acidic compounds.
There are no special surface treatments or exotic endcapping procedures so that the columns provides the same general selectivity seen with conventional C18 and C8 columns without basic compounds tailing.
