(10) lockout tags with fasteners for 94004-312 and 94004-318. (5) lockout tags with fasteners for 94004-314 and 94004-316. (1) electrical switch lockout and (1) plug lockout are for 94004-312. (1) oversized breaker lockout is for 94004-318.
