Modified Nutrient Broth

Modified nutrient broth is a general-purpose liquid medium for cultivation and routine propagation of nonfastidious microorganisms. pH: 6.80 ±0.20.

• General bacterial cultivation: Supports robust growth of nonfastidious organisms such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus subtilis for routine culture and maintenance
