Dexamethasone ≥99% anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid

Anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid (IC₅₀ =38 nM and Ki =6.7 nM for the glucocorticoid receptor). Displays 7-fold higher affinity for glucocorticoid receptors than hydrocortisone. Long-term effects following oral administration. Used in the generation of liver organoids.
