Human Recombinant CCL7 (MCP-3) (from E. coli)
Recombinant Human CCL7 (MCP-3) in lyopholized format with very low endotoxin levels.
- Extremely low endotoxin levels (<0.01 EU per 1 μg) Functional activity tested and validated For use in various streptavidin applications: Flow cytometry, microscopy, and other imaging techniques
Monocyte chemotactic protein 3 (MCP3)(CCL7) is secreted by monocytes and certain tumer cell lines. It is a chemoattractant for monocytes and other leukocytes. MCP3 binds and signals through several cell surface receptors including CCR1, CCR2, CCR3, and appears to be an antagonist for CCR5.
