Care Platinum solves the three major needs for TubeWriter™ customers to keep their machines marking labware in the best possible condition.

Consumables: Never run out of ink and get extras shipped if a cartridge is accidentally broken. Get custom rack consultation and four additional custom racks built every year for the lab.

Service and Tuning: TubeWriter™ staff is on call to help with software updates, IQ/OQ certification, software tuning, and mediafile setup for new labware and barcode consultation. A TubeWriter™ representative will come onsite once per year to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Hardware and Parts: Care Platinum completely covers most issues annually and TubeWriter™ will ship a loaner if the machine needs to be returned for service.
