About this item

PBS 1X Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline Solution can be used to provide a buffer system to maintain cell culture media in the physiological pH range, or to irrigate, transport, or dilute fluid while maintaining cell tonicity and viability.

Does not contain phenol red and sodium bicarbonate

A common diluent and rinsing solution, Phosphate Buffered Saline Solution (PBS) maintains cell culture media in the physiological pH range. PBS is also useful for reconstituting enzymes for tissue dissociation or lifting cells from substrates.

Packaging: Store at 15 to 30 °C. Shelf life: 24 months from date of manufacture.
