Demonstrate the various applications of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique as used in research, biotechnology and more. This hands-on kit contains everything necessary for amplification of a gene of interest, and can also be used to insert additional genetic information, such as tags, onto a particular gene. Materials provided for six groups of up to five students.
