Biology teacher, Brenda Royal, developed a quick and easy way to introduce concepts in immunology. Students perform a simulated ELISA test on fluid samples from two hypothetical patients to determine if either has been infected with an emerging bacterial strain. Materials for 10 student groups are included, along with teacher and student instructions.
