G-Biosciences' GET™ AGAROSE DNA kits were designed for the isolation of DNA fragments from agarose gels, and for cleaning and removing contaminants from DNA samples.

The GET™ AGAROSE DNA kits provide a quick and simple method of recovering DNA larger than 100 base pairs from agarose gels. Using concentrated salts, the gel is dissolved and DNA is bound to the high binding affinity GET™ Spin Columns. After several quick centrifugation steps, DNA is isolated and purified.

G-Biosciences' GET™ AGAROSE DNA kits are compatible with TAE and TBE buffer gels, are suitable for 100-20,000 bp fragments, and are supplied with enough reagents for 50 or 100 preps.
