G-Biosciences' Western ReProbe™ is a single component system, specifically formulated to dissociate and remove antibodies from membrane bound proteins without destroying the antigenic binding affinity and does not use denaturants, SDS or boiling

G-Biosciences' Western ReProbe™ PLUS is a modified formulation of their Western ReProbe™ that allows for the removal of stubborn, high affinity antibodies from membrane bound proteins without destroying the antigenic binding affinity.

Western ReProbe™ and Western ReProbe™ PLUS are not recommended for stripping color producing Western blots that use substrates such as TMB, chloronapthol and DAB. Require no dilution; supplied as 5X solution; use 15-20 mL for each standard (7.5 x 8.5 cm) Western blot.

Western ReProbe™ allows you the ability to reuse your Western blots. The stripped blots can then be probed with new probes.
