These columns are bonded to nonpolar TYPE-C™ silica with a small amount of carbon on the surface, making them ideal for hydrophilic molecules, small organic acids, and carbohydrates analysis in LCMS.

Amino acids are easily analyzed without the need derivatize. There is no detectable bleed, even when used with an MS-TOF. Columns produce excellent peak shape. Used in metabolomics laboratories, these columns are stable between pH 2.5 and 7.0.
