The delivery cap top has three holes that have 1/4" - 28 threads with 1/8" O.D

For use with PYREX® HPLC Reservoirs, Single Cavity.

PTFE tubing. The body is glass-filled PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene). PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) screw cap has a GL-45 thread. The cap includes three 1/4" - 28 ETFE (Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) plugs and a Viton® O-ring for sealing to the reservoir. Integral pressure relief valve relieves reservoir pressure at 10 psi.
