UV-resistant systems can be used in laminar hoods. Entire unit is autoclavable at 120°C for 20 minutes ensuring maximum safety. Withstands 700mm Hg. Systems consist of a stainless steel safety stand, 4L or 2L polypropylene vacuum bottle, and a polypropylene cap available with either quick release coupling tubing connectors or traditional barbed fittings (the M-Vac Jr. is available only with the barbed fitting cap). Both units include flexible silicone vacuum tubing that can be used with Pasteur pipettes, serological pipettors or the HandEvac handheld aspirator (sold separately).
