Chromegabond LS (Lipophilic Separations) has been developed for analysis of lipophilic analytes such as fat-soluble vitamins, fatty acids, aliphatic pharmaceutical, and surfactants.

The development of this new stationary phase evolved from our experience with fluorine based stationary phases. We discovered that many lipophilic compounds such as fat-soluble vitamins can be analyzed using reversed phase conditions on fluorophases. Using our knowledge of fluoro-aliphatic phase with a proprietary fluoroendcapping. This new phase can produce chromatograms that are difficult to obtain on conventional ODS stationary phases or with short-chain hydrocarbon phases.
