About this item

The titanium scalpel handle is for use with our Sapphire blades.

Since sapphires are one of the hardest materials available (second only to diamonds), they make super sharp blades for precise, clean cuts. They are non-magnetic, especially when combined with a titanium handle. Sapphire blades are non-conductive, which may be important if you are using electrical instruments.

Sapphire blades are impervious to corrosion and extremely durable. These handles are retractable, so you can protect the blade when it is not in use. They are constructed of titanium and are autoclavable or suitable for chemical sterilization.
