- Material: silicone
- Purity: Non-pyrogenic/endotoxin-free, non-cytotoxic
- Reusable silicone adhesive cell culture inserts to divide cell culture vessels and slides into smaller units
- Can be used for approx. 2 weeks in long-term tests
- Sterilizable with autoclave or 70% ethanol
- Heat-resistant (up to 125 °C), cold-resistant (up to -20 °C), high chemical resistance
- Five different formats: flexiPERM® slide and micro12 for parallel tests on slides, flexiPERM® conA and conB for micromanipulation/microinjection, flexiPERM® disc for use in cell culture dishes e.g. for co-cultivation
SARSTEDT flexiPERM® reusable silicone inserts subdivide slides and any cell culture dish into smaller cultivation units. Different cell lines can be grown in one vessel or equivalent cell lines can be grown in parallel with the assurance of comparable growth conditions. flexiPERM® inserts are highly adhesive to any flat surface for up to 14 days without additional or potentially contaminating adhesives. flexiPERM® inserts are easily removed after use without tools and may be sterilized and reused at least 10 times.
