About this item

Assay-specific crystal flex probes and primers for the detection of c-KIT mutations and its positive control. The c-KIT (D816, D816V) Crystal Digital PCR® Assay is a 10X assay designed to detect and quantify 1 mutation in the c-KIT gene using the Ruby Chip. c-KIT encodes for a receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a crucial role in cell signaling for processes including cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation.
