- Application: Enzyme assay
For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

- Storage Temperature:–20 °C
- Formulation:Frozen solution of buffer containing: 250 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 0.5 mM EDTA and 25% glycerol. Add to final concentration of 2 mM DTT prior to use. DTT Solution supplied in separate vial.
