The working solution used for diluting kinase proteins.
For optimal storage, aliquot diluted product into smaller quantities and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

- Storage Temperature:–20 °C
- Formulation:Frozen solution of buffer containing: 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 20 mM MgCl₂ and 0.1 mg/ml BSA. Add to final concentration of 50 μM DTT to the aliquot prior to use. DTT Solution supplied in separate vial.
