Ideal for the permeabilization of fixed cells during labeling of cytokines and other cytoplasmic antigens.
Intracellular Permeabilization Buffer (10X) is uniquely formulated for optimal resolution and to reduce background and is suitable for use with fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies for flow cytometry.
