Ideal for fixing cells prior to permeabilization, Fixation Buffer can be used with intracellular permeabilization buffer (10X) to conduct intracellular staining for flow cytometry.
This fixation buffer can also be used to preserve fluorescently labeled cells prior to analysis by flow cytometry.
