CD-Chex Plus™ is a positive procedural control for monitoring immunophenotyping by flow cytometry
CD-Chex Plus verifies the accuracy and reproducibility of the steps involved in the process of immunophenotyping, including: Verification of mAb reagents, validation of instrument performance, validation of operator technique and verification of red blood cell lysis.
CD-Chex Plus and CD-Chex Plus CD4 Low are available in 3.0ml cap-pierceable plastic vials. Pierceable cap allows closed-vial testing; plastic vial increases employee safety. CD-Chex Plus has 90-day closed-vial stability and 30-day open-vial stability.
It provides the most assayed CD markers in the industry on a single control, including those on the HIV panel of markers recommended by the CDC and a normal level of CD34+ cells. CD-Chex Plus is manufactured from normal human peripheral blood leukocytes and erythrocytes. Available in two clinically relevant levels of CD4+ cells. Compatible with most popular flow cytometry systems.
