Choice of polystyrene standard plates or optical bottom plates with a polystyrene/polymer base
The Poly-D-Lysine and Collagen I coatings on the polystyrene plate create a positive charge on the surface that promotes cell attachment, growth, and differentiation.
Optical bottom plates feature white or black upper structures with optically clear bottoms. These plates can be read from the top or bottom. The optical film is made of polystyrene.
Rounded square wells eliminate wicking. Plates are optimized for scintillation counting. All plates have a flat bottom and feature a pinchbar design. Clear plates are ideal for colorimetric assays and sample storage, white plates are ideal for luminescence and fluorescence assays, and black plates are ideal for fluorescence assays.
