Kits use AminoLink® coupling gel to immobilize a purified antibody and retain antibody function

The HA and c-Myc tagged protein kits feature a high-affinity antibody for high yield and minimal background. These kits are also scalable for different antibody-gel and lysate requirements. Mammalian kits include M-PER™ mammalian protein extraction reagent for easy extract preparation that is compatible with the co-IP protocols.

In addition, the antibody-coupled core support retains the antibody during elution of the co-IP complex, eliminating interference from antibody fragments during detection of the co-IP products. Because the antibody is attached covalently, the antibody-gel matrix can be reused up to 10 times, conserving antibody. Kits will work with any antibody regardless of species or Ig subclass. The protocols are designed for spin columns for efficient washing and elution of protein samples.
