The VWR® Superfrost® Plus micro slide features a special treatment that eliminates the need for additional adhesives or protein coatings, and improves tissue adherence in microwave stainings.

Slides are specially treated for frozen tissue sections and cytology preparation applications, eliminating the need for special adhesives and protein coatings. Cytology preparations placed on these slides resist cell loss during enzyme digestion, DNA denaturation, and RNA hybridization. Slides also improve tissue adherence during microwave staining. Slides have an opaque coating that retains most laboratory marking methods.
