HISTOSETTE® II Biopsy Processing and Embedding Cassettes, Simport Scientific

These disposable plastic cassettes hold tissue or biopsy specimens during processing and embedding as well as in storage

Made of a high-density acetal polymer, the cassettes keep specimens safely submerged in liquid and are totally resistant to the chemical action of histological solvents. The efficient 1mm square openings maximize fluid exchange and ensure proper drainage. Large labeling areas are located on three sides of the cassettes. The anterior writing area is slanted at a 45° angle to make the cassette more compatible with cassette labeling instruments. Colors are non-cytotoxic and nonmetallic.

: Lids are supplied in unattached. Packed in two dispenser boxes of 500 cassettes and one dispenser box of 1000 lids.
