Columns contain a reservoir, retaining frit, packing material, and containing frit. Basic support material is porous, high surface area silica gel. Also available are Alumina, Florisil®, and ion exchange resins. Columns attach securely to the vacuum manifold through a Luer-tip exit port. Sealed internal units of 5 or 10 columns ensure product integrity.
