CD-Chex CD34™ is a positive procedural control for enumerating CD34 positive cells by flow cytometry
The CD34 positive cells have characteristics of human hematopoietic progenitor cells. CD-Chex CD34 is available in three levels, providing reference values similar to levels found in normal peripheral blood, bone marrow, cord blood and mobilized patient samples. It is compatible with ISHAGE gating strategies as well as commercially available enumeration kits. CD-Chex CD34 has 90-day closed-vial stability and 30-day open-vial stability.
