The chamber top is molded of clear polycarbonate for full visibility and will withstand a full vacuum at room temperature. A strong ABS plastic plate with an O-ring seals against the chamber’s flange. The polypropylene stopcock with Teflon® TFE resin plug accepts 6.4 mm (1/4") I.D. tubing.
