Contains highly alkaline chlorine (as hypochlorite) for effectively removing a wide range of process and product residues including proteins, synthetic organics, and dyes. Safe for use on glass and stainless steel. Solution does not foam over a wide temperature range and will not cavitate recirculation pumps. Free-rinsing formulation provides clean, residue-free surfaces.
