Septum caps are available with a gray butyl rubber insert. They are ideal for injectables or containment of pathogens.

VWR® polycarbonate media bottles, vials, and culture tubes are supplied with a standard seal cap. Blue is the standard color for all caps, although custom colors are available upon request.

All caps are linerless with an integrally-molded seal ring to ensure leakproof performance. They are manufactured in a Class 10K cleanroom environment and are supplied nonsterile.
