About this item

Nonradioactive, enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent HRP substrates are designed for the detection of HRP (horseradish peroxidase) through western blotting and EIA (enzyme immunoassay) use

Substrates are supplied as clear, colorless, odorless liquids. They should be protected from light and stored at 4°C (39°F) prior to opening.

The highly sensitive PicoMax* allows for the detection of picogram (10-12) amounts of antigen using photographic film or other imaging methods. The extremely sensitive FemtoMax* allows for the detection of femtogram (10-15) amounts of antigen using photographic film or other imaging methods, including highly sensitive CCD cameras.

Ordering information: Supplied as two components; one 55mL luminol reagent and one 55mL reaction buffer.
