PureCube StrepTactin® MagBeads XL is a suspension of 6% cross-linked magnetic agarose beads coupled to the StrepTactin protein.

Short-term storage: In equilibration buffer
Long-term storage: In 20% ethanol at 4 °C

The PureCube StrepTactin® MagBeads XL enable protein yields of up to 7 mg protein per ml MagBeads. They were developed for protein purification assays using the Strep-tag® using magnetic separation. PureCube StrepTactin® products can also be obtained as agarose resin.
