PureCube Ni-IDA MagBeads were developed by Cube Biotech for His-tag protein purification.

Specificity: affinity to Rho1D4-tagged (TETSQVAPA) proteins

Bead ligand: anti-Rho1D4 antibody
Bead size: 30 μm
Matrix: 6% cross-linked agarose
Filling quantity: Delivered as a 25% suspension
Short-term storage: In neutral buffer at 4 °C
Long-term storage: In neutral buffer with 20% ethanol at 4 °C

Our year-long experience manufacturing agarose resin led to a high yield of 70 mg protein per ml resin, leading in the market compared to other Ni-IDA suppliers. Ni-IDA products by Cube Biotech are also available as agarose resin beads for FPLC and batch spin or as XL magnetic beads for more viscous cell media. For convenience, Cube Biotech also offers its own MagBead separator for use with our magnetic beads.
