The pairing of an enzyme to its substrate is one of the most specific combinations in life sciences. PureCube Glutathione Agarose is a suspension of tiny 40 µm purification beads that are used for this purpose. Their small size provides high mechanical stability. They can be used for all sorts of affinity chromatography methods, such as FPLC, batch spin, or column chromatography. You can also purchase these agarose beads pre-packed into FPLC-ready cartridges. Additionally, we offer GST-tag affinity resin with a bead diameter of 400 µm for very viscous cell media and higher FPLC flow rates. Alternatively, Glutathione MagBeads are also available.
