The beads in this suspension have an average diameter of 90 µm. Since the affinity of an NTA-metal-ion-complex depends on the loaded metal ion, we offer NTA MagBeads uncoupled to any metal ion for the case that we do not offer your desired NTA and metal ion combination. Through our coupling protocol, you can, in turn, attach your desired metal ions to the agarose beads. PureCube NTA MagBeads are also available with a bead diameter of 30 µm. PureCube NTA products are also obtainable as agarose resin for FPLC assays or batch spin approaches.
