PYREX®, borosilicate glass.
These tubes have white enamel graduations. The 5 and 15 ml sizes are graduated upward from the tip in 0.1 ml increments. The 50 ml size is graduated upward from tip to 10 ml in 0.5 ml increments, and from 10 ml to 50 in 1 ml increments. The pennyhead stopper is solid.
