These Masterflex® industrial flow switches are available in three model options. Choose from flow switch for use with corrosive liquids such as mild acids, flow switch for use in high-particle contaminated fluids, or flow switches that interface with chemical feed pumps.

Flow switch for use with corrosive liquids such as mild acids are designed for pump control in various applications and pipe sizes—come standard with multiple drag disks for expanded flow ranges. Models 32617-56, -58, and -60 feature wetted surfaces of Noryl®, 316 stainless steel, and EPDM elastomeric standard. These switches respond to flow only, independent of line pressure, temperature, or environment.

Flow switch for use in high-particle contaminated fluids feature intrinsically safe relay allows model to be used in hazardous areas. Models 32614-62 and -64 are constructed with a brass body, Noryl cover, and 316 SS hardware.

Flow switches that interface with chemical feed pumps can be used in isolated stand alone systems or as part of large complex systems. Models 32617-66 and -68 are constructed of G.E. Noryl® (PPO), 316 stainless, and epoxy. Use in all manner of fluid systems involving injection of additives to primary bulk fluids in both continuous and batch systems.
