About this item
Agilent can provide many different dosage form holders for the Apparatus 7.
- Accessories for the reciprocating holder apparatus 7
- Simulates the biorelevant conditions for the skin, gastrointestinal tract and tissue required for transdermal, oral drugs and implants with biorelevant temperature agitation rates and retention times
- Accommodates a variety of dosage form holders including reciprocating disks, angled disks, spring holders, stent holders, and pointed rods
- Supports typical volume configurations of 5 to 300 ml, depending on instrument
Ideal for automatic dissolution testing of dosage forms that require a change of media, a smaller volume, or more vigorous agitation. The Agilent 400-DS dissolution apparatus 7 enables of small-volume drug-release testing of medical devices such as drug eluting stents (DES).
