The Monarch® gDNA Elution Buffer a component of the Monarch® Genomic DNA Purification Kit (NEB #T3010), which can be used to purify up to 30 µg genomic DNA  from a variety of sample types.

Monarch® gDNA Elution Buffer is supplied in 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 9.0, 0.1 mM EDTA and is suitable for long term storage of gDNA. Nucleases are inactivated both by the inclusion of EDTA and the pH of the solution.
