HALO® BIOCLASS ES-C18 400 Å Protein columns made with innovative large pore Fused-Core® particle technology provide narrower peaks and better recoveries for high-resolution separations of large biomolecules such as mAbs, versus smaller pore size columns. HALO 400 Å columns are optimized for high performance in HPLC, UHPLC and LCMS large molecule applications, delivering excellent reproducibility and column lifetimes.
