The BIOne autoclabable bioreactor is available in a range of sizes including; 2, 5 and 10 L working volume. All metal components are manufactured from 316L stainless steel with electropolish.

The standard microbial configuration includes: glass vessel, stainless steel headplate, vessel stand, dual rushton impellers, baffles, cooling finger, sparger, triple addition port, overlay gas inlet port, exhaust condenser, harvest tube, thermowell, sample down tube, sensor ports, foam probe, septum port, addition ports and port plugs.
